"Spaceship Footprint" (a closer look)

Remember the „spaceship footprint”?

Original video (Did NASA find Ancient Spaceships on Mars?): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSqN11YULOs

Because of the sharpness of the edges and lack of details specific to impact craters (terrain displacement, debris), we can exclude the possibility of this feature being created by an asteroid/meteor. Considering its location near the Tharsis Montes, a most plausible explanation could be the collapse of a segment of Martian lava tubes.
These are a few examples of other collapsed segments near Pavonis Mons. http://viewer.mars.asu.edu/planetview/inst/ctx/P17_007721_1821_XN_02N110W#P=P17_007721_1821_XN_02N110W&T=2

However, it still stands out as one of the most interesting/notable anomalies presented on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSqN11YULOs) for its particular symmetry, easily leading to suspicion of being not natural, something that rarely happens with good detail resolution images analysed by enthusiasts communities.
